Reorganisation and implementation of new features in Danske Spils app.
Sitemap
Process:
I started out by making a sitemap of the app as it was, then I added the new features to the sitemap making sure that they visually stood out. Using sketch I draw the wireframe for the app and illustrated the new features. With the wireframe elements I made a workshop kit, that was used to collaborate with Dansk Spil management team. Helping them to decide on the order of the features, by giving them the possibility to place the elements in at 1:1 scale smartphone. After the workshop I draw up the destination we came to and made a clickable prototype, to make sure the solution worked out as intended.

Result:
Because of the workshop we got to an agreement fast, making it a very smooth process, where everyone felt involved. The management team at Danske Spil was so appreciated of the workshop kit, that they requested it to be a part of their digital process in the feature.
