Project progression - Trello

We used trello to communicate and mange each sprint tasks. This gave everyone a very good overview project and what was going on and how everyone was doing.

Lilly design before and after 4 months

The old and the new landingpage design that we managed to go live with in 4 months, this was a record for Lilly, usually it takes them 1-2 years.

Designs and wireframes

We used Sketch and Invision for wireframes and UI design. This allowed the client to make comments directly in the design and we could make changes based on the feedback. This worked very effective and made it possible to get wireframes and designs approved on time.

Modular design system

We designed a modular UI system and made a overview of the diffrent page-designs and UI elements that can be used to build a content page. This allows Lilly to update and build pages themselfs.
